Architectural Executive

About the role

The Architectural Executive will lead the design team in delivering high‑quality architectural solutions for a range of projects. This role combines creative concept development with hands‑on project management, ensuring designs are feasible, cost‑effective, and aligned with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing mentorship and direction.
• Develop concept and schematic designs, conduct feasibility studies, and present design proposals to clients.
• Prepare tender documentation, schedules, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with clients to discuss project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee on‑site progress, monitor construction activities, and address any design‑related challenges.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized university.
• 3–8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Strong background in conceptual and schematic design development.
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
