Assistant Buyer / Planner (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the role

The Assistant Buyer / Planner will support the procurement and planning functions of Nidec SV Probe Vietnam. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop expertise in supply chain, demand analysis and purchasing negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze planned order and exception reports to forecast material and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with internal production teams to determine raw material and supply requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and support negotiation with suppliers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date demand and supply data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate status – no prior professional experience required.
• Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Additional proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for data entry and reporting.
