Assistant HR & Admin (8-Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant HR & Admin to support our human resources and administrative functions on an 8‑month contract. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth recruitment, employee onboarding, and day‑to‑day office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: post job ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding.
• Organise company events such as outings, year‑end parties, ESG activities, and other internal gatherings.
• Arrange and coordinate appointments, business trips (flights, hotels), and related logistics.
• Oversee company car usage, schedule maintenance, handle insurance and VETC documentation.
• Provide general administrative support, including document handling and office supplies management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Basic computer literacy and strong command of MS Office.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities, confidentiality, and a positive, flexible attitude.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and work responsibly under pressure.
