About the role
The Associate will join Indochine Counsel's Hanoi branch to deliver high‑quality legal advisory services to clients. Reporting to the Managing Partner, the role supports business development, branch administration, and contributes to the firm’s overall growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide well‑structured advice on a variety of matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Assist the Managing Partner with business development initiatives and client relationship management.
- Support branch operations, including administrative tasks and internal coordination.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulatory changes affecting clients.
Required profile
- Vietnamese practising lawyer certificate.
- Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.
- 6–8 years of legal practice experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of three or more members.
- Strong organizational and management abilities.
- Proficient English communication and presentation skills.
