Australian Senior Paraplanner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to provide end‑to‑end technical advice for Australian‑focused clients. The role involves high‑quality, compliant advice documentation and close collaboration with advisers to develop strategic financial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Research and develop financial planning strategies for a diverse client base.
• Prepare complex, compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs).
• Support advisers with strategic advice development and technical guidance.
• Conduct detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Ensure all advice documents meet regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of paraplanning experience within financial planning.
• Strong technical knowledge of superannuation, SMSFs, retirement strategies and personal insurance.
• Proven ability to prepare complex SOAs and ROAs.
• Excellent attention to detail and high‑level English communication skills.
