Automation Consultant – Engineering Digital Solutions

About the role

Aurecon is looking for an Automation Consultant to join its Vietnam‑based digital team. You will design and deliver AI‑driven and automation tools that enhance engineering and design workflows across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain user‑centric automation and AI applications for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation tools, ensuring alignment with evolving needs.
• Document software solutions and produce user guides and tutorials.
• Present technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in software or web development.
• Strong background in Python, C# or JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience with AI, machine learning, predictive models or intelligent assistants.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation and design workflows.
• High level of English proficiency for an international environment.
