Automation Tester – IT Software

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for an Automation Tester to join its IT Software team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be responsible for designing, developing and executing automated test suites to ensure high‑quality software while collaborating directly with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java.NET and tools such as Selenium and Cypress.
• Execute automated test runs, analyse results and report defects.
• Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Manage test documentation, track requirements and keep test artefacts up to date.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Good English communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn new tools and keep documentation accurate.

• Additional test tools (a plus): CodeUI, Cucumber, TPT
