Automotive Testing and Validation Expert

About the role

We are looking for an Automotive Testing and Validation Expert to lead vehicle-level testing programs across all development phases. The role ensures that testing aligns with the Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), project schedules and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing and validation solutions for complete vehicles, covering safety, dynamics, driving performance, fuel/energy consumption, NVH, durability, reliability and other technical attributes.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise whole-vehicle test activities from prototype to mass-production launch.
• Ensure testing results are documented and reported in accordance with DVP&R and project quality standards.
• Standardize and continuously update testing procedures, validation plans and reporting formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test data into product development cycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive testing, design validation or product development.
• Proven experience managing vehicle testing programs from prototype through mass-production launch.
• Experience working with foreign automotive partners is a plus.
