Branch Director (Building Solutions, Elevator Industry)

About the role

The Branch Director will lead the Building Solutions unit within the elevator industry, driving growth and operational excellence across multiple functions. Reporting to senior management, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on oversight of sales, installation, HSE, maintenance and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all branch operations, including sales, installation, health‑, safety‑ and environment (HSE), maintenance and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, efficiency and market share.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures and relevant industry regulations.
• Manage the branch’s budget, monitor expenses and revenue, and drive financial performance.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of safety, quality and customer focus.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• Male, aged 45‑55.
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales‑manager or equivalent position within the elevator/escalator sector.
• Fluent English with strong negotiation, communication and problem‑solving skills.
