Brand Studio Coordinator

About the role

The Brand Studio Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end operational workflow of the Brand Studio, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams, the studio and external vendors. The role ensures timely and efficient delivery of artwork, point‑of‑sale material (POSM) production, distribution and related budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design requests and workflow between internal stakeholders and the Brand Studio.
• Manage production schedules, quality checks and delivery timelines for POSM.
• Oversee budget allocation, cost tracking and invoice processing for studio projects.
• Liaise with external vendors to secure resources, negotiate terms and monitor performance.
• Track distribution of finished assets to retail locations and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain the central asset library and ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied.
• Support internal marketing and trade teams with creative assets and production updates.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in design, marketing or procurement.
• Background in business management, marketing or finance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
