Bridge Hardware Engineer (Japanese/Chinese Speaking) – Open to Freshers

About the role

As a Bridge Hardware Engineer, you will support change management activities for automotive ECUs, acting as a technical liaison between Japanese/Chinese customers and internal validation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and perform hardware design analysis.
• Conduct component and product level compatibility analysis.
• Coordinate EMC and reliability testing and interact with production plants.
• Handle engineering change requests and collaborate with software, mechanical and validation teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• 0‑3 years of board‑level hardware design experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Proficiency in English and at least Japanese or Chinese.
