Budget Controller – Finance & Controlling

About the role

We are looking for a Budget Controller to join Bosch Group’s finance team at our Long Thanh plant. The role will support the company’s budgeting, forecasting and cost‑control activities across manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing processes for products and inter‑company services.
• Oversee asset investment management and central charge allocations.
• Partner with commercial units on monthly budgeting, current forecasts and long‑term business planning.
• Lead finance and controlling projects for teams and individuals.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and tasks as directed by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or Economics.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar finance controlling role within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical and time‑management abilities.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Financial software: SAP, IBM, HFM, Oracle.
• Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
