Business Development & Innovation Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Innovation Executive to join SUNWAH Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City. You will act as a bridge between our ecosystem partners and emerging startups, driving collaborative projects that create value for all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities with corporates, government agencies, universities, technology firms and other ecosystem partners.
• Understand partners’ needs and match them with relevant startups, technologies, or collaboration concepts.
• Arrange meetings, prepare proposals and presentations, and follow up to convert opportunities into concrete partnerships.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.
• Support the commercialization of startup innovations within the SUNWAH network.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, startups, technology or innovation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Outgoing, confident and comfortable building new relationships.
• Good business and commercial understanding.
• Excellent research, presentation and follow‑up abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership of projects.
