Business Development Manager – Toys & Hardlines Testing

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the acquisition of new clients and expand market presence for toys and hardlines testing services within the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector. The role focuses on consultative, solution‑based selling and building strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the toys and hardlines testing market.
• Acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships to increase revenue.
• Develop strategic partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver testing solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, Textile or a related field.
• 5–8 years of business development or sales experience in the TIC industry.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of international regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
