Business Development Teamleader

About the role

Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) is a leading infrastructure developer of the New City Center in Ho Chi Minh City. The Business Development Teamleader will be based at Lawrence S. Ting building, 801 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Phu district, and will drive business planning and technical sales initiatives to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a business development team to achieve sales targets.
• Optimize the sales technology stack to improve efficiency.
• Develop solution architecture and value‑engineering proposals for clients.
• Apply consultative persuasion techniques to secure new projects.
• Provide adaptive mentorship and coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with sales strategy and process knowledge to align activities with corporate goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant sales‑tech or sales‑service positions.
• College or university education (graduated or not).
• Ability to work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Strong consultative and mentorship capabilities.
