About the role

Crossian is a fast‑growing, technology‑driven e‑commerce company looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Team Leader. You will shape the total rewards strategy, ensure competitive salary structures and support the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement total rewards programs aligned with business goals.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation.
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Provide market insight and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop the C&B team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, with at least 2‑3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in technology, e‑commerce or international companies is a plus.
