About the role
The Chief Enterprise Architect (CEA) is responsible for defining and driving the bank's enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring technology capabilities align with business objectives and long-term digital transformation priorities. This role provides strategic leadership across business, application, data, and technology architecture to build a scalable, secure, resilient, future‑ready ecosystem.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in technology, software engineering or enterprise architecture, including at least 5 years in senior architecture leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise architecture functions within large, complex organisations, preferably in banking or financial services.
