About the role

The Retail Customer Service Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for personal banking customers, handling a wide range of banking transactions and delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer transactions such as cash deposits, withdrawals, remittances, card and loan payments, and opening or closing accounts and cards.
• Assist customers with e‑banking services and resolve special requests.
• Identify customer needs, promote new products and services, and generate referral opportunities.
• Accurately track, record, report and store all transactional information.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; Korean language ability is a plus.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Excellent time‑management, detail‑orientation and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle upselling and product recommendation tasks.
• Highly self‑motivated, committed and able to meet performance standards.
