Civil Engineer (Solar Projects)

About the role

Cenergy POWER Ltd. is a leading U.S. solar developer seeking a Civil Engineer to design and develop civil and structural solutions for commercial and utility‑scale solar farms in Vietnam. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams in both Vietnam and the United States, contributing to the growth of sustainable energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design civil and structural systems for commercial solar farms and utility‑scale projects.
• Prepare feasibility studies, site layout plans, and detailed engineering drawings.
• Develop foundation and geotechnical solutions tailored to solar installations.
• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Support construction phases by reviewing shop drawings and providing on‑site technical guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in civil or structural engineering design.
• Knowledge of foundation design and geotechnical engineering principles.
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.
• Nice‑to‑have experience with solar PV projects.
