Claims Administrator – Mandarin & English Required

About the role

APRIL International is a leading provider of international health insurance solutions. The company is seeking a Claims Administrator who will handle policyholder claims and provide high‑quality service in both Mandarin and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently handling policyholders’ claims.
• Understand client needs, eligibility, and coverage to provide appropriate assistance.
• Manage cases proactively using internal systems and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Interpret and implement policies related to strategic claim resolution.
• Make prompt decisions regarding policy coverage and settlement costs.
• Gather information to perform accurate redress calculations.
• Achieve targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• University degree in a medical discipline is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in claims processing, health insurance, or medical fields.
• Excellent command of Mandarin and English.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret medical information and product features.
• Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of multitasking.
