Commercial Finance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the Finance team at Pernod Ricard Vietnam. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will partner with the Commercial teams in Vietnam and Cambodia to drive financial performance from gross to net sales and support investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial functions to develop short‑term and long‑term financial plans and forecasts.
• Analyse sales, margin and expense data to identify performance drivers and risks.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Support pricing, promotion and trade‑investment initiatives with financial insights.
• Ensure accurate month‑end close and variance analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of solid business partnering or business planning experience in a commercial (sales & marketing) environment, preferably within a multinational FMCG company.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
