Commercial Manager – Import & Export (Biên Hòa)

About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead import and export activities for assigned facilities, ensuring smooth coordination between factories and warehouses. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to meet sales targets while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute import and export plans for designated facilities.
• Coordinate factory‑warehouse operations to guarantee uninterrupted exports and timely, compliant imports of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with related departments to achieve sales objectives.
• Keep the team informed and trained on the latest regulations and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Import‑Export, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strategic, open‑minded, results‑driven leader with strong planning, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven influence and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
• Data‑driven decision maker with strong analytical capability.
• Professional English communication skills and ability to work under high pressure.
