Commercial Staff (Petchem)

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Staff member to support the petrochemical business of Nghi Son Refinery. The role involves handling offtake agreements, spot sales and daily commercial operations to ensure smooth product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor petrochemical product offtake agreements and spot sales.
• Process SAP transactions related to sales, pricing and invoicing.
• Validate invoices for price, quantity and contractual terms.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and support reporting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
• 1–3 years of experience in oil & gas, trading, supply chain, finance or related commercial functions.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
