Communications Intern

About the role

Airbus Vietnam is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Communications Intern to support the “40 Years of Partnership – Airbus/Vietnam” project. The intern will work closely with Airbus Vietnam, APAC & Central Communication teams and various stakeholders to prepare, coordinate assets, and execute communications for key events in Hanoi during Q4 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and the appointed agency to finalise content (Vietnamese and English) and design the Airbus Vietnam 40th Anniversary Book.
• Support the 40th Anniversary Reception by compiling guest lists, managing invitations, reservations and coordinating footage and photos for the partnership video and Gallery Walk Exhibition.
• Coordinate photo collections for Embassy exhibitions in France, Germany, Spain and the UK, working with embassies and internal teams.
• Assist with the Vietnam Aerospace Forum 2026 by handling guest lists, speaker coordination, invitations and reservations.
• Work with partners to create a targeted list of schools for the Space Camp, formalising agenda and logistics.
• Provide on‑site logistical support, RSVP tracking and communications promotion for all listed events.
