Computer Support Officer

About the role

The Computer Support Officer will provide technical assistance and support to employees across the organization, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network resources. This role involves troubleshooting a variety of user issues and maintaining a reliable IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical support for computers, printers, email systems, and Microsoft applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server, Windows Client, and Office 365.
• Assist users with hardware setup, software installation, and network connectivity problems.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and solutions to improve support processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in IT support and user‑focused troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, Wi‑Fi, and IP telephony.
