Conference Producer - Healthcare Conferences

About the role

dmg events is looking for a Conference Producer in Hanoi. The role owns the end-to-end delivery of conferences, covering content, product development and industry relationships, and ensures commercially viable, high-quality events that deliver value to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with industry leaders, government bodies, associations, vendors and media partners
• Lead programme research and development to create relevant, forward-looking and commercially attractive agendas
• Identify and secure high-calibre speakers, including C-level executives, policymakers and industry experts
• Build relationships with Vietnamese healthcare stakeholders (ministries, hospitals, associations) and international experts to validate content and recruit senior speakers
• Monitor regional and global market trends to spot new content and event opportunities
• Provide leadership onsite, coordinating speakers, sponsors and attendees
• Work with sales, marketing, sponsorship and operations teams, and report progress to senior management

Required profile

• Ideally 4-6 years of conference production experience, preferably in healthcare, life sciences or government-related sectors in Vietnam or Asia
• Experience engaging with senior government officials, healthcare providers and C-suite stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese healthcare market and regional industry dynamics
• Proven track record of delivering commercially successful conferences and managing multiple international event portfolios
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
