Control Engineer – Electrical & Automation

About the role

As a Control Engineer you will help design, build and optimise automation systems for modern manufacturing lines. The role centres on PLC programming, robot integration and electrical system design to deliver high‑performance production equipment and support new technology roll‑outs in the factory.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical control systems and related schematics.
• Create, test and maintain PLC programs for production equipment.
• Integrate robotic cells and vision systems into manufacturing lines.
• Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to implement new technologies.
• Produce and review technical documentation, wiring diagrams and layout drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation, control engineering or machine design within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑speed automation equipment, vision systems or micro‑controller programming.
• Proven ability to read and create technical drawings and specifications.
