Country Head – Vietnam (Local & Expat)

About the role

The Company is seeking a dynamic Country Head to lead its Vietnam operations. The role is open to both local and expatriate candidates and reports directly to regional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Vietnam business strategy in line with regional objectives.
• Drive profitable revenue growth, increase market share and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead the annual business planning cycle, including forecasting, budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Design and implement the Go‑to‑Market (GTM) plan, expanding distribution networks and partnership channels.
• Manage P&L responsibility, ensuring cost efficiency and margin improvement.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to support commercial excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus).
• 12–15 years of senior leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Country Manager, Country Head, General Manager or Commercial Director role.
• Strong FMCG background, preferably in household or personal care categories.
