CSR Lead

About the role

We are seeking a CSR Lead to drive and standardise our corporate social responsibility and compliance programmes across all manufacturing sites. The role will ensure that the company meets legal requirements, customer expectations and international certification standards while promoting sustainable and ethical practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the compliance management system for all factories and relevant business units.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, customer requirements and audit programmes covering social responsibility, environmental compliance, supply‑chain security, material legality, traceability, business ethics and sustainability.
• Maintain continuous audit readiness and proactively mitigate compliance risks.
• Coordinate and prepare for internal, customer and third‑party audits, including SMETA, BSCI and other certifications.
• Develop, monitor and report key compliance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in CSR or social compliance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in furniture or export sectors.
• Hands‑on experience preparing and managing customer or third‑party audits.
• Proven ability to develop and follow‑up compliance action plans.
