Customer Quality Engineer

About the role

The Customer Quality Engineer will support Molex Vietnam’s manufacturing plants by handling quality issues raised by customers, ensuring fast and effective technical support, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction through proactive quality management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve customer satisfaction related to quality activities.
• Provide rapid response and technical assistance to customers.
• Lead and coordinate the resolution of quality problems, acting as the primary interface with customers.
• Apply structured problem‑solving methods such as Global 8D and FMEA.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

Required profile

• Strong engineering and quality background with solid knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum 3 years in a similar role).
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Quality Assurance (QA) and Customer Quality Management.
• FMEA, Global 8D, SPC, and other QC tools.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, RoHS compliance, and SAP.
