Customer Service Officer – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Bureau Veritas Vietnam is looking for a customer‑focused Customer Service Officer to join the Global Service IT (GSIT) team on a six‑month contract. The role involves handling client inquiries, processing service requests, and ensuring high‑quality support for both external customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, chat and ticketing systems, providing accurate information on certifications, inspections and compliance services.
• Receive, verify and process service requests, assign them to technical teams, track status and communicate updates to customers.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, document resolutions and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Manage customer complaints, conduct root‑cause analysis, coordinate resolutions and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, prepare service reports and ensure compliance with data protection policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or technical support.
• Experience with service ticket management systems or CRM platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using ticketing and CRM software.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
