Customer Service Officer (HCMC - Tempo 8 months)

About the role

Bureau Veritas Vietnam is seeking a customer‑focused Officer to join its Global Service IT (GSIT) team on a six‑month temporary assignment. The role involves handling client inquiries, processing service requests, and ensuring high‑quality support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat and ticketing systems, providing accurate information on certifications, inspections and testing services.
• Process and track service requests, assign them to technical teams, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, document resolutions, and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Manage complaints, conduct root‑cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, prepare service reports and support quality‑assurance audits.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of customer‑service experience in a professional setting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or technical support (preferred).
• Familiarity with ticketing or CRM platforms and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
