Data Analyst Intern – Audit & Metric

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to support Quality Metric and Audit activities within Bosch's software division in Vietnam. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse data, helping to improve quality reporting and audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Quality Metric activities, including data collection for monthly quality status reports.
• Consolidate and analyse project data to identify improvement areas.
• Support the development and automation of quality dashboards and reports.
• Plan and arrange audit schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assist OPLs with follow‑up actions and create audit status reports.
• Provide administrative support for internal trainings (facility checks, material preparation, etc.).
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Quality Audit & Metric team.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student majoring in Automotive Engineering, Computing Engineering, Information Technology, Data Sciences or a related field.
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
• Full‑time commitment or at least four days per week.
• Logical, proactive thinking with a strong interest in data‑driven improvement.
• Good English communication skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Basic understanding of quality concepts and ISO 9001:2015 is a plus.
