Data and AI Intern (Data focused)

About the role

Join Bosch Group as a Data and AI Intern focused on supporting digitalization and process improvement within supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and help implement new tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support digitalization and process improvement initiatives in supply chain.
• Analyze operational workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for project implementation and daily operations.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
• Support data tracking, process monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new tools or systems.

Required profile

• Full‑time student during the internship, preferably studying Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• No prior work experience required; involvement in school projects, competitions or extracurricular activities related to automation, AI or digital transformation is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and result‑driven mindset.
