Digital Risk Modeling Director

About the role

TNEX Finance, a digital banking platform of the ROX Group, is seeking a Digital Risk Modeling Director to lead the development and validation of credit risk models. Based in Hanoi, the role reports to senior management and will shape the risk analytics strategy across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and validation of credit risk models using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Manage a team of risk analysts and data scientists, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
• Collaborate with business units to integrate risk models into product and lending processes.
• Ensure models comply with regulatory standards and internal risk policies.
• Monitor model performance, conduct back‑testing, and implement model improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk model development, validation, or credit risk analysis.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or team‑lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
• Strong background in data analysis, statistics, and financial services.
