About the role
The Disbursement & Repayment Officer will act as both maker and checker in daily loan processing activities, ensuring high quality and quantity of work while supporting internal and external customer requests. The officer will also review loan agreements, manage disbursement accounts, and suggest procedural enhancements to the line manager.
Key responsibilities
- Review and verify loan agreements to ensure compliance.
- Respond to internal and external customer requests related to loan disbursement and repayment.
Required profile
- College degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in loan disbursement or repayment functions within financial services.
- Basic understanding of finance and banking operations.
- Strong teamwork attitude and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
