Document Control Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Document Control Intern to join our team at Bosch’s Ho Chi Minh City plant. The role supports document control procedures, 5S activities and Lean Manufacturing initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in a high‑tech production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing document control procedures and daily document management tasks.
• Support 5S activities in the archiving room, including documentation and system administration.
• Contribute to Lean Manufacturing (BPS) projects by preparing training materials, documentation and project work.
• Provide administrative support for suggestion scheme activities and notifications.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by managers or supervisors.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Technical, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Good command of English, reliable, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working with figures and data.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate (a plus).
