Edge AI Engineer (ROS 2 / Computer Vision / Sensor Fusion)

About the role

We are looking for a specialist to build a new technology capability in Technology & Innovation at Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam, from zero to first real deployments. You will own end‑to‑end systems, work hands‑on with latest‑generation AI hardware platforms and collaborate directly with real users and partner engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture of systems that combine AI, software and physical devices, making build, buy and reuse decisions.
• Set up the lab, toolchain and simulation environment for the team.
• Turn validated user problems into working pilots, integrate edge devices with enterprise applications and ensure delivery within security, safety and quality constraints.
• Guide and review the work of other engineers, define engineering practices and capture reusable components and know‑how.

Required profile

• Ownership of at least one feature or component end‑to‑end.
• Solid C++ and/or Python development experience on Linux.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one of: ROS 2, computer vision, sensors, embedded Linux, edge AI.
• Fluent with AI coding tools and comfortable working with ambiguous hardware behavior.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
