EHS Supervisor

About the role

The EHS Supervisor will lead, implement and standardise the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) management system across all assigned factories. The role ensures employee protection, compliance with legal and customer requirements, and controls occupational, environmental and fire safety risks while maintaining audit readiness for sustainable manufacturing and export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and standardisation of the EHS management system in multiple factories.
• Protect employees by monitoring and improving occupational health and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations and customer specifications.
• Control environmental, fire and safety risks through proactive risk assessments.
• Maintain continuous audit and assessment readiness for internal and external reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, HSE or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Internal Auditor, Occupational Safety, Fire Safety, Emergency Response, Higg or equivalent.
• Practical knowledge of wastewater treatment and hazardous waste management.
