Embedded C++ Engineer for Household Appliances

About the role

Join Bosch's Home Appliances software team in Ho Chi Minh City as an Embedded C++ Engineer. You will work on the development of embedded base software (BSW) and application software for household appliances, collaborating with an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop embedded BSW and application software for household appliances.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing.
• Analyze requirements, design, and implement embedded BSW.
• Create and execute unit and functional tests.
• Perform code, design, and solution reviews.
• Share knowledge to raise team competency.
• Provide technical proposals and effort estimations for new projects.
• Engage directly with customers during discussions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical‑Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bare‑metal embedded C++ development.
• Proficiency in UML, especially state‑diagram design.
• Experience with unit testing, preferably using Google Test.
• Familiarity with version‑control systems, especially Git.
• Basic understanding of embedded system concepts and hardware.
• Ability to measure simple electronic components and read basic schematics.
• Good English communication skills.
