Embedded Software Architect – Advanced Driver Assistance Systems

About the role

The Embedded Software Architect will lead the definition and evolution of software architectures for Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) products, including radar, video, and ultrasonic sensor solutions. The role supports global customers and ensures that designs meet regional OEM expectations, safety standards, and ASPICE compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain high‑level software architecture artifacts for ADAS products.
• Collaborate with customer project teams to provide optimal architectural solutions.
• Participate in design decisions, change control board activities, and key technical reviews.
• Mentor development teams on architectural best practices and enforce related processes.
• Assess risks, estimate impacts of changes, and propose alternative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE evaluations and other quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong background in embedded software development for automotive or related domains.
• Experience working with ADAS technologies, sensor fusion, and AI‑based features.
• Proven ability to guide cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with safety‑critical development processes and standards.
