Embedded Software Engineer (C focused) – All Levels

About the role

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer with a strong focus on C to join our Automotive domain team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work in an international Scrum team, delivering scalable and reliable embedded software while supporting security initiatives and CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain embedded software components using C/C++.
• Contribute to system architecture and software integration activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Establish professional development processes and drive architectural optimisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑10 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Excellent C coding skills and solid knowledge of embedded systems (build process, microcontrollers, debugging tools, RTOS, memory technologies such as FLASH, EEPROM, FEE).
• Fluent English communication.
• Strong requirement engineering and software design capabilities.
• Technical leadership with the ability to own topics across teams and mentor junior members.
