Embedded Software Engineer (Chinese Speaking) – Hanoi

About the role

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer who can communicate in Chinese to join our Hanoi team. The role involves creating and maintaining sophisticated embedded software that supports Bosch’s digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop and maintain complex embedded software components based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform software requirement engineering, including analysis, validation and maintenance of customer requirements.
• Carry out software integration activities, configuring and merging modules into unified builds.
• Create and execute unit, component and integration test cases to verify functionality and quality.
• Apply coding standards and development processes to produce reliable, maintainable code for embedded systems.
• Use debugging and analysis tools to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and Bosch quality frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in embedded software development.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese.
