Embedded Software Project Manager – Braking & Vehicle Motion

About the role

Join Bosch to lead the development of safety‑critical software for advanced braking, ESP and vehicle motion control systems. You will manage end‑to‑end software projects for next‑generation vehicles in the fast‑growing Asian automotive market.

Key responsibilities

• Own software project delivery from acquisition through final release, ensuring quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Act as the primary interface between the Technical Project Manager and development teams, translating customer needs into clear requirements and delivery plans.
• Coordinate integration, testing, functional‑safety and cybersecurity compliance across multi‑regional teams.
• Apply AI, automation and data‑driven methods to improve planning, risk tracking and delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with experts in Germany, China, India and Vietnam on real vehicle platform projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing embedded software projects in the automotive domain.
• Strong understanding of braking systems, in‑vehicle communication, functional safety standards and cybersecurity.
• Ability to work across cultures and lead technical discussions with global stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
