ERPNext / Frappe Framework Developer (Junior–Mid Level)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated developer to join our Hanoi office as an in‑house ERPNext and Frappe Framework specialist. The role is hands‑on and learning‑focused, offering on‑site training to configure, customize, and extend ERPNext for real clients during live implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Configure ERPNext to meet client requirements.
• Customize and extend ERPNext functionality using the Frappe Framework.
• Participate in live implementation projects alongside the development team.
• Collaborate on‑site with other developers and stakeholders.
• Receive structured training and mentorship throughout the onboarding period.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in Python (object‑oriented programming, functions, package structure).
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git or ability to learn it rapidly.
• Based in Hanoi or willing to relocate to the city.
