Executive Assistant – MB Representative Office, Guangzhou

About the role

The Executive Assistant will support MB Bank’s Representative Office in Guangzhou, China. This position bridges market intelligence, brand promotion, and client development to help drive foreign direct investment (FDI) opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyse market information; prepare research reports for senior management.
• Implement activities to promote MB’s brand, products, and services in the local market.
• Conduct market research, analyse industries and clients, and propose a list of potential FDI clients.
• Identify, connect with, and support the development of FDI clients.
• Maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, chambers of commerce, and other relevant entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (TOEIC ≥ 700 or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Chinese; HSK Level 6 or equivalent preferred.
• Good understanding of banking operations and market dynamics.
