Expert Group Tax

About the role

The Expert Group Tax will lead the development and oversight of the company's tax governance framework. This senior position ensures full compliance with tax legislation, reduces tax risk, and drives tax efficiency across all entities of the group.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a robust tax governance structure for the entire group.
• Monitor compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate tax risks while optimizing overall tax positions.
• Provide tax advisory support for investment projects, business development, M&A transactions and other corporate activities.
• Coordinate tax filings, audits and communications with tax authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and business units to align tax strategies with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related field.
• Professional tax or accounting certification (CPA Vietnam, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in tax advisory or corporate tax within large groups covering a minimum of ten legal entities.
• Proven experience interacting with tax authorities and managing complex tax compliance matters.
