Facility Intern – 5S Coordination & Pest Control

About the role

Join Bosch HcP as a Facility Intern and support the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant. You will work closely with the facilities team to maintain 5S standards, monitor pest control, and assist other service functions. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a high‑tech production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate 5S activities, update the 5S board and report weekly issues.
• Inspect meeting rooms, report conditions and suggest improvements.
• Identify pest presence, assess populations, track numbers and propose control solutions.
• Support other teams within the Facility Management department to ensure service delivery.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Group Leader.

Required profile

• Senior university student majoring in Industrial Management, Business Administration or English Language with a strong interest in facilities management.
• Reliable, highly disciplined, patient and careful.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
