Facility Operations Intern

About the role

The Facility Operations Intern will support daily building engineering activities at Bosch's Thu Duc City site. This role offers hands‑on exposure to HVAC, electrical, fire safety, and security systems while working closely with facility engineers and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily workplace walkthroughs to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with employee access card issuance and access‑right management.
• Support operation of HVAC, electrical, fire safety, CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Track and follow up facility service requests, coordinating with contractors for timely resolution.
• Monitor utility consumption, including electricity and water usage.
• Help plan and record preventive maintenance activities and assist with corrective maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance logs, equipment inventories and technical documentation.
• Participate in contractor coordination, work‑permit administration and site safety monitoring.
• Support office fit‑out projects, workstation setup and workplace improvement initiatives.
