Finance Analyst

About the role

The Finance Analyst will support the Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical complex by preparing the master budget, monitoring expenditures and ensuring compliance with internal policies. You will work closely with all divisions to provide accurate financial insights that drive cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with all departments to compile the NSRP Master Budget and analyse spending against internal policies.
• Review budget estimates for completeness, accuracy and regulatory conformance.
• Conduct site surveys to assess the effectiveness of cost‑control measures.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses and reporting as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or oil‑&‑gas environment.
• Professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
• Experience with cost controlling, internal control systems or related functions.
